Are Rothy’s shoes machine washable?
Yes, all Rothy’s shoes and bags are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, place them in the washing machine, use cold water with mild detergent, and let them air dry. Avoid using heat or a dryer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the original packaging is included for a smooth return process.
How do Rothy’s shoes fit?
Most of our styles, like The Point and The Flat, run true to size. However, some customers prefer to go up a half size for extra room in pointed-toe styles. We recommend checking our specific size guide for each silhouette.
What materials are used to make your products?
Sustainability is at our core. Our signature thread is knit from 100% recycled plastic water bottles. We also use bio-based algae, natural rubber, and ocean-bound plastic to minimize our environmental footprint.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental U.S. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
